Retreats are a lovely way to immerse yourself into your practice for a few day, whether you are relative beginner or more experienced you will find that your practice will move on in some way during the weekend.  On one of my retreats you will get to not only do Ashtanga Primary Series practice but also some workshops to work on specific areas and to enjoy some wonderful yoga nidra.

I have in the past run weekends in Spain and hope to do this again in the future but this year we took our retreat to the magical island of Lindisfarne just off the Northumberland coast, it was a wonderful weekend and I am thrilled to say that we will be holding another retreat there this Autumn from 27th – 30th October

  • 3 night’s Accommodation at The Lindisfarne Hotel, and free parking at the Hotel.
  • 2 evening meals (Friday & Sunday), breakfasts (including 1 full yoga breakfast), cakes & snacks available in the afternoons, unlimited teas/coffees.
  • A minimum of 6 Yoga/Meditation sessions.

The food is all prepared by myself and my daughter Louise who also assists on the weekend, we have exclusive use of the Lindisfarne Hotel and Mandy Whelan of Mind Body & Soul in Jesmond will also be joining us and offering a range of treatments that you can book.  Prices start from £290 per person
