The Yoga Breakfast runs approximately once every 6 weeks, usually on a Saturday morning at Old Lowlight starting at 9.30am. It is a 1 hour 40 minute Ashtanga Style class followed by a leisurely breakfast of muesli’s, bakes and fruit
This is a very popular class which is often full so book early to avoid disappointment.
